Dongguan City Yessun was established in 1998 and began exporting in 2004. Our main products are special CAR DVD/GPS and universal CAR/GPS. We have more than 200 models, sorted by car series, such as Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Kia and many others. We have our brands Yessun, Jiayitan and Lason (the last two are mainly for local market). Our products are supplied to many automobile domestic famous manufacturers which include FAW, Dongfeng and others. We also export our products to about twenty countries or districts consisting of South and North America, Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle East and Taiwan.
Our company ISO 9001:2000 certified and we have passed the certification of ISO/ TS16949, which is a special management system in car accessory area.
In the local market, we occupy 100 and 30 percent for the foreign market. We have agents and dealers in every city in China. We present 20 to 30 new products every year. We also got one patent for the MIX sounds in car DVD system area. We have the whole set processing for car sound system. We have our own modeling department, plastic department, SMT department and assembling department. We own an efficient and complete working team.
Our 24 production lines with 1,000 workers are housed within two factories with a total area of 47,000 square meters. Our monthly output is 100,000 units. Our 15 engineers have an average of 10 years experience. They are able to make one to two new products and customized samples every month. We also have our own modeling department which consists of 50 employees. We have 180 QCs and we assign 15 QCs in every production line. We also have five overseas sales persons to provide better service to our clients. We can also do OEM and ODM. Our minimum order quantity is 50 pieces and our lead delivery time is 15 to 30 days.
